Dreadful experience - had to move from one Ritz Carlton (Montreal) to another (Toronto) and they ripped me for one night in Montreal as well as a night in Toronto.
Be careful of terms and conditions when booking and don't expect any mercy just because you're being loyal to RC - they don't care!

"Miserabler Service - 1 Star Experience im 5 Star Hotel"
Complete disaster. My friend spend his birthday in Vienna, stayed for 3 days. Apart from a friendly check-in, the experience was one of the most disappointing Hotel stays our entire lives: The room 612 was not clean, wet carpet, strong smell (barf?), so we requested a new room. We went to Spa, gave the Hotel 2h time to change the room, - they didn't and left us in the wet and stinky room. Only after a new complaint they slowly (!!!) moved us, my friend missed almost his birthday dinner as it took them over 1h to move 2 little packed suitcases from one room to the next (which was a downgrade from the first room). The service during the entire stay was miserable, more 1-star than 5 star handling: very slow, ignorant of customer's need, not helpful, arrogant on front desk. Cherry on the cake was the Wake up call scheduled for 5:30am happened at 04:30am by the Hotel. I feel sorry for my friend whom I convinced to book a 5 star Hotel but ended up the customer service of a bad youth hostel. Would not recommend ever again despite good location and nice interior.

We've stayed in Ritz Carlton Bali resort&spa on August 2022. Cost per night more than 600 eur. Somebody from staff came to lock the mini bar on our arrival (cost max 30 Eur)… Laundry (3 clothes) were delivered in 2 days with request to pay in cash, requested buggy didn't arrive in time, ordered food was deliverd in 1 hour with request to pay in cash. Private pool was dirty on first day of stay… We'll never choose this hotel again…Shame on this brand..

"A Fraud Hotel"
We placed an order for 2 cakes in April 2022. They messed up both our orders. They said they will give us refund of 1 cake that is 10k plus. It is almost August now and we still have not recieved the refund.. They dont even reply to us anymore. A complete cheat hotel..

"One of the best hotel!"
This hotel is one of the best hotel I stayed in. Breakfast buffet is delicious and customer service is on point. Would definitely like to book them in different countries!

"Dirty underhanded disgusting excuse of a hotel chain."
Pretty much ruined my whole trip.
Worse than rip off merchant.
Took booking and then stated 2 weeks later that payment hadn't gone through. Very disturbed I rang the bank where payment was supposed to be authorised, they said no attempt has been made even when I had confirmation.
Truth came out. They could get more money on the day and throw my confirmation out.
Dirty underhanded disgusting excuse of a hotel chain.
